Our exchange policy has been introduced for the very rare cases in which the deliverable reaches you in an unsatisfactory condition. An item can be exchanged or returned within 15 days. This policy is applicable only to the mattresses that have been ordered online and not to any other products. Please check the deliverable on its delivery and inform the delivery team before it leaves. Ensure that the deliverable is unused and undamaged before you return or exchange it.
Once the 15-day period is over, the deliverable will be non-returnable. Hence, remember to inform us about your desire to exchange or return an item within 15 days of the delivery.
